How can I book your services?

You can book them in few clicks from ome page of our site or you can click on one of the many blue buttons that say "book now". You will be re-directed to our booking form where you can check the price of the itinerary, select the date , the number of people and finalize the purchase. Alternatively, you can use our contact or chat page to request assistance.

What should i do if i need an airport transfer?

You can book our transfer service in just few clicks with 2 hours notice. Use our booking form where you can view the price before purchasing the service. Do you need it now? Contact support by phone and we will try to send you a vehicle as fast as we can

How early should I book?

Depending on the service request area and the availability of our vehicles, drivers and partners, we guarantee the service up to 2 hours before.

What do I need to book a service?

To book our services just go to our booking form on the home page or click the blue buttons that say “book now”. Day, time, pick up, drop off, number of people, telephone and email address are the information you need to book a transfer service.

Are the prices per person or per service / vehicle?

The prices offered are always per service / vehicle. They include taxes and airport parking if any. The maximum number of people is shown next to the chosen vehicle. The number of passengers up to reaching the maximum capacity for the chosen vehicle does not affect the proposed price.

What happens if my flight / train / bus is delayed?

Airport pickups have a 60-minute free waiting time. Pick ups at train stations / private addresses and buses have 15 minutes of free waiting time. If there are situations of delay beyond your control (delayed flights, buses or trains) our drivers will update your pick up automatically by checking the updated arrival times.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Cancellations with notification more than 8 hours from pick up time are free of charge. Cancellations under 8 hours have a 100% penalty and there is no refund.

Can I have driver’s telephone number?

The day before the service, you will receive an email and a message with all the information to contact the driver and / or our office for every need.

Where will the driver wait for me at the airport or a train/bus station?

Due to anti-covid procedures, pick up locations may vary. In the booking voucher sent ,you can read the updated meeting points or information about updated locations.
